Our educational, interactive and entertaining demo kitchen returns for 2015. The Culinary Trends Demonstration Kitchen features local chefs preparing some of the latest food and beverage trends – for you to watch and try! With a strong focus on providing value-added learning experiences, the demonstrations will focus on the latest food product trends and kitchen equipment. Whether you are a chef, kitchen manager, or restaurant or pub owner, you will learn culinary techniques and find menu enhancements that can contribute significantly to your financial and operational success. Best of all, there will be plenty of samples for everyone!
